TriMin's large-scale national development project, LandScan, will redefine your recording process. LandScan uses OCR (optical character recognition) technology with rule drive logic to locate indexable information from unstructured documents. LandScan firsts identifies the document type and then locates information such as names, dates, dollar values, and other types of user-defined data regardless of where the information resides in the document.
