TriMin provides you with a single vendor solution for internet access to your county's land records. Through customizable web pages, you control what searches and reports will be made available to the public over the net. The LandShark module allows your county true flexibility. Optionally, you can charge for viewed information either by transaction or time period. The application allows banks, abstract, mortgage, and title companies to sign onto your system via pre-authorized user ID and password. It then tracks the amount of information searched for period billing purposes.
