LightHouse is TriMin's Electronic Recording (eRecording) Module. This product is a leading-edge technology and integration application that significantly enhances document processing in the Recorders/Register of Deeds office. It enables real estate documents to be submitted electronically via the Internet directly to the county recorder's office. The e-documents are fully edited and simultaneously loaded into LRMS and the county's document imaging system, without the need for manual intervention or processing by the recorder's office staff.
