TriMin's Torrens System streamlines Torrens Document management by allowing you to create and maintain certificates electronically. Enter lengthy recitals, legals and memorials once, and retrieve existing certificates, modify, provide new certificate number, volume and page. Completely flexible and adaptable for use by any government body requiring Torrens type document management, the application is capable of being linked to the TriMin Land Records Management System (LRMS). When linked, recorded data including dates, time and names can be extracted from LRMS eliminating duplicate data entry. Additional features include:
- Torrens Certificate Inquiry allowing look up of a certificate without leaving your terminal
- Allow public access to Torrens information from a public terminal with view only or view and print access.
- Short cut option for your program administrator to maintain to allow for quick entry of cities, counties and states.
- Independent sight verification allows data entry with ability to forward for review prior to certifications. The data is completely editable without requiring re-entry.
